    Drake's Fortune gun

So you don’t like playing with real guns, but it’s kinda fun now and again to play with pretend ones right? Especially if those pretend guns are replicas of cool ones you’ve seen in your favorite TV show, movie or video game.

Well now fans of Uncharted: Drakes Fortune (PS3) are able to buy an airgun that looks exactly like Nathan Drake’s. The full metal M92 airsoft pistol holds around 25 rounds, features realistic blowback and comes with a very funky free aluminium case to put it in. It’s developed by King of Swords and weighs in at the hefty price of $169US, but let’s face it it’s a must have item for the airsoft lovin lesbian geek girl.

We love it here at Lesbian Geek when gaming and geekdom crossover and this is a perfect example of it. Seriously, there are some lovely lesbian geeks out there who will take great joy in watching your re-enactment of Drake’s heroics with his sidekick Elena Fisher. The only thing is, in some screenshots of the game, Nathan Drake doesn't look like he's using a Beretta 92f (even in the pic we've used here)... hmmm.

Amazon Kindle - ReKindles love of reading

So you love your books? What self-respecting lesbian geek doesn’t? Well if you’re truly a lesbo gadget lover, there’s only one way of viewing your books right now – the Kindle.

When the Amazon Kindle launched a few months back, it had its fair share of knockers (get your mind out of the gutter ladies, I mean people who knocked it). The price was one of the biggest concerns for most people – not cheap at $399US. However, if you are a technology freak like us here at LesbianGeek.com, there’s just no other way to start reading your books.

The Kindle is a revolutionary electronic-paper display device that has a hugely long battery life and can be carried around easily. It’s lighter and thinner than most paperbacks which is already a huge plus in our eyes. Not only that, but the Kindle can hold around 200 titles which can be instantly downloaded from Amazon at a reduced rate. At present there are around 115,000 books available, so there’s plenty of scope there for the lesbian bookworm. Not only that, but you can keep up to date with newspapers from across the world, blogs and even your own word documents and pictures.

The Kindle really is the way forward for geeks everywhere, especially lesbian geeks. It brings a whole new modern twist to the lesbo bookworm librarian type. Get one now from Amazon and look cool as you geek out.

Knockman - Lesbian pick up device

Ever been bored in your office and wanted to let your inner geek side out? Well Lesbian Geek is proud to introduce you to the Knockman Family – Japan’s latest quirky sensation.

If you want to get down at work, or even at home, buy these adorable little guys and start creating beautiful geeky music. There are 5 Knockman characters to collect, each performing a different instrument and action. You can buy Clap the Cymbals, Pick the Strings, Hula Ball, Knock the Head and Shake the Hips separately or buy them all together and create a desktop symphony.

Now, there’s no doubt that they’re a definite talking point, so stick them on your desk and wait for the cute dyke in the other department to spot them and ask you about them. Ahhh nice….

Flex Champion iPod and lamp holder

How cute is this, (s)he's the 'Flex Champion' by Sumajin and he'll light up your desk by holding a lamp, or will hold your iPod for you. There's no overly practical use to this, but it's so darn cute we had to report it.

Cute does come at a cost however, the light bearer / iPod holder will set you back a staggering $200USD. It comes with power supply and energy saver lightbulb and an additional set of arms so it will fit MP3/ iPhone/iPod Touch/iPod Classic/Video iPod and mobile phones. You can see the product page HERE.

    For the lesbian Dick Tracy

Who wants a mobile phone when you can have a wrist watch mobile phone! Yes you can be your very own Dick Tracy. Sure you might actually look like a bit of a 'Dick' talking into it, or having a hand's free headphone set attached to your wrist, but who cares!

We thought this was pretty cool, though perhaps way less cool than one that was in the shape of a Star Trek communicator, that clips onto your jacket / shirt and works with a one button beep press, or even better via voice recognition! "Lesbian Geek" - "calling now" - "Hello Lesbian Geek here?"... oh how we want you, yes, yes we do. No doubt one day we will (well other than the shape of the comm badge).

Retro iPod Alarm Clock - Cute!

How funky are these! Yes gay girls, picture this funky cute retro alarm clock at your bedside of a morning, your favorite iPod playlists wooing you awake. As you can see they come in three colors and will work with all iPods other than the teeny shuffle (though it does say it may have trouble with the iPod Touch which kind of sucks).

The retro iPod alarm also has a snooze function, letting you 'snooze' for an extra 9 minutes (who knows why it's 9 minutes!). The 'bells' on top of the clock are actually the speakers, how cute. It works via AC Adapter (included) and a memory function knows to automatically switch your iPod to alarm/clock mode each time it is docked. ZZzzzzz.

The Blackberry - Fruit of lesbian geeks

If there's one thing a gadget loving lesbian should have in her backpack or dare we say handbag-it's a Blackberry. Mobile phones are getting better, but there's just something about a Blackberry that is cooler. It's sort of like a mobile phone and a PDA combined, but still small enough to not look ridiculous when you take a call.

The Blackberry is very handy for text messaging, as it features a qwerty keyboard, so no multi-press for certain letters. It also features a camera. bluetooth, voice recorder, internet, chat program, e-mail, music and more. If you're thinking of upgrading your old mobile, be sure and check out the Blackberry's before making your decision, they're delicious.

Condiment Pistol - Gunning for sauce

We saw this and thought it was pretty cool. This is a condiment pistol, essentially a flashy / geeky version of a sauce and mustard holder. Hippy geeks don't like guns, but we like guns, so long as they not real. The worst this gun is going to do is stain your shirt.

If you like the condiment pistol you can purchase it from Firebox for 14.95 UKP (that's about $30 US / AUD). It's crafted in sturdy plastic and comes with two sauce cartridges that are easy to load. Full pics after the jump.

    Factron Aluminum iPod Nano covers

These Factron aluminum jackets by Quattro look so nice we had to share. Problem being they're only available in Japan at the moment and the engraved ones are only available for a short period of time. Still they're sweet and geek and we thought would go great flung in any lesbians backpack.

Japanese artist Mizumori Ado has some drawings featured on the back covers and they're uber cute. The iPod covers are available in green, red, silver and gold and are made of a sturdy aluminum design. You can check out more at the official site HERE.

    Cool Female Action Figures

Action figures are a part of geek life. Who wants some crappy porcelain cat, frog or bunny sitting on their bookshelf, when they can have a cool female action hero or sci-fi babe. Yeah it’s rhetorical and apologies to any lesbians who do actually collect porcelain cats, frogs or other animals (each to their own of course).

After the jump you’ll see some of our picks for the coolest lesbian related action figures. They’re not lesbians per se, but they are cool none the less and would look good on any lesbian geeks shelf.
