Felicia Day- Geek Girl of the Week

Geek Girl of the Week is a new little piece that will look at cool female geeks! Girls / women we think rock the geek spectrograph for whatever reason. We're kicking things off with the lovely Felicia Day, talented writer, actress and self confessed geek girl.

Felicia's passions include video games and fantasy novels, something she combined in the cool web series The Guild - which if you haven't seen, head over and do so, it's great. Felicia was also recently seen in Dr Horrible's Singalong Blog as Penny. She's our first Geek Girl of the Week and we salute her.... with fingers parted Spock style and say "You Go Girl!".

You can check out Felicia's website HERE.

I like to follow her twitter. I don't know why.

I've only recently been introduced to Felicia from watching the Dr Horrible series (which was hilarious...well, except for the end) and I immediately did some research and found out about The Guild and had my first mini marathon of a web series. Highly enjoyable. She is indeed worthy of Geek Girl of the Week and I look forward to future 'winners'. Hhmmm, any chance of an interview with Felicia?
